Looking for someone experienced with minor wall and paint repairs in a rental/property. I have a couple of areas that need fixing: * A section of paint has peeled off the wall after removing something that was stuck onto it. * My dog has scratched the front door, leaving visible scratch marks through the paint. We want to make some changes to our existing carport, after the plaster ceiling fell down. We want to replaster cathedral style, leaving exposed trusses. We are also wanting to reduce the amount of timber up there. Wanting a carpenter to review the structure, hopefully removing some of the lower hanging beams, maybe reinforcing the trusses higher up. To ultimately have more height before any woodwork. Potentially even removing the front and rear facades, so it is just the frame and roof left. Like the steel framed example in the images. I know it can never be exactly like this, but as close to. There is quite a lot of timber, hoping some can be (re)moved. The roof is corrigated sheets, so not much weight up there.
