Need someone to plaster and patch this hole in the wall

We have removed the ceiling vents from the ceiling in 3 rooms The ceiling is plaster We need the the holes repaired ready for painting the ceiling There were 5 round vents, 4 square vents and one return air vent You can see pictures of the round vents and the square vents before they were removed The return air hole measures 400 x 600mm. See picture attached

Skylight shaft lining and plastering (VELUX). Existing setup is a flexi foil shaft between the roof skylight and ceiling opening - want it replaced with a proper splayed plasterboard shaft, paint-ready finish. 1) Remove existing foil shaft. 2) Frame and line a splayed plasterboard shaft (wider at ceiling, narrower at skylight, crisp square corners) - splayed finish is a must. 3) Tape, plaster, sand to paint-ready Level 4 finish. Square edges where shaft meets ceiling. 4) Insulate around the shaft in the roof cavity. 5) Extend the ceiling opening lengthways to make it more rectangular and a feature in the room. Current opening 78 x 59 cm - happy to take your advice on the ideal final length to suit room proportions and skylight position above. 6) Patch and blend ceiling work seamlessly with existing ceiling. 7) Clean up, remove all waste. Existing conditions: VELUX skylight recently installed. Framed opening already in place. Standard ceiling height, living room. Painted plasterboard ceiling. Finish: paint-ready only Access: roof access available, room empty. Location: Cheltenham. Timing: ASAP, ideally next week. Two areas to plaster. Fridge area (it’s sheeted I just don’t have a photo) just needs to be finished ready to paint. The other wall need to be finished both sides but needs tear off stopping bead for the edges as the wall may eventually be removed in the future. Also the ladder in the photo will be available for you to use for the high sections.

I have 2 sections of my internal walls which need to be repaired. One section needs new framing, installation of plasterboard and skirting board. The other just needs installation of skirting board. I have purchased plasterboard, skirting and timber required.
