We had a plumber come through to fix the leak that was happening in our shower but for some reason he had smashed the tile rather then the wall behind it. I need 6 ceiling holes patched and plastered from where the electrician had to cut access holes for wiring. The plasterboard pieces are here already. Ceiling will need to be painted afterwards, natural white. There is also a small amount of plastering required in the laundry where shelving was taken out.

We want to make some changes to our existing carport, after the plaster ceiling fell down. We want to replaster cathedral style, leaving exposed trusses. We are also wanting to reduce the amount of timber up there. Wanting a carpenter to review the structure, hopefully removing some of the lower hanging beams, maybe reinforcing the trusses higher up. To ultimately have more height before any woodwork. Potentially even removing the front and rear facades, so it is just the frame and roof left. Like the steel framed example in the images. I know it can never be exactly like this, but as close to. There is quite a lot of timber, hoping some can be (re)moved. The roof is corrigated sheets, so not much weight up there.
