Hello! I’m looking for a tradie who can do some plastering: 1. Minor wall damage from moving (≈9 small dents or nail holes and 1 scrape). Most dents are up to half a 5c piece, with one dent about the size of a $2 coin. 2. Plaster torn from the wall from the removal of a cat scratcher. Issue - bcoz of water logging issues in the past, the ceiling is bulged down as you can refer the images attached. In kitchen around the area where the LED light is switched off and in living room where you can see the water logging issues in picture. both sides of the panel. Scope of work - Replace the plaster board in the kitchen ceiling 3*3m - Replace the living room plaster board for 6-7 panels - 1.2m*5m each approx - Patch the light holes in ceiling since i will get the downlight installed so old lights holes need to be patched in the house (probably around 7-8 holes) - Kitchen wall plastering after demolition Please note the roof is tin roof Please share reasonable rough cost estimate so we know what we are looking at.

I need 6 ceiling holes patched and plastered from where the electrician had to cut access holes for wiring. The plasterboard pieces are here already. Ceiling will need to be painted afterwards, natural white. There is also a small amount of plastering required in the laundry where shelving was taken out.

We want to make some changes to our existing carport, after the plaster ceiling fell down. We want to replaster cathedral style, leaving exposed trusses. We are also wanting to reduce the amount of timber up there. Wanting a carpenter to review the structure, hopefully removing some of the lower hanging beams, maybe reinforcing the trusses higher up. To ultimately have more height before any woodwork. Potentially even removing the front and rear facades, so it is just the frame and roof left. Like the steel framed example in the images. I know it can never be exactly like this, but as close to. There is quite a lot of timber, hoping some can be (re)moved. The roof is corrigated sheets, so not much weight up there.
