I am looking for someone to repair some minor damage: - Three small holes/indents in wall to be plastered flat. - Corner of where skirting boards meet to be filled in so looks like normal corner edge. - Replace dog chewed and water damaged skirting board (approx. 130cm of the skirting board is damaged, although the current skirting board is longer than this length). Skirting board is approx. 2cm deep and 5cm high. - Arrange near exact colour match of the wall paint and skirting/trim paint. - Paint over once repairs completed and two additional areas where no wall damage but white undercoat of existing paint showing (65cm x 7cm and 5cm x 5cm). All described items are in the photos. I understand that the paint colour may be near impossible to be exact and sometimes easier to paint the whole wall. However, would just like the particular areas painted and avoid painting a larger area than needed. Budget is not exact, as just need to put something to get this listed and I will understand better once I receive your quotes. Please include all costs in your offer (your time, any fees, skirting board, plaster and colour matched paint).

I need to repair the plaster on the corner of a wall, and then it painted. I have the paint the owners used for this room in the shed. I'm not sure how long or how much to charge, maybe $100? The date is also flexible, I just need to know how long it would take to give you a fixed date...

Water damaged ceiling needs plaster replaced. Approx 2M x 1.5M size. Needs to be finished sanded back ready for painting. Needs to be done in the first 1-2 weeks of August on a date that is negotiable.

We require some plaster repair work done mostly on walls from old some old equipment that's been removed, and also on the ceiling from fans and lights that have been removed. There are approx 8 on the walls and 4 on the ceiling however this might vary slightly. Happy if there needs to be a slight price variation for extra work completed.
