Rental property - bathroom renovation. Bathroom has been gutted and gyprock needs to be repaired/replaced in preparation for tiler. There is also a second door in the bathroom which I would like removed and closed up on either side (walk in wardrobe on the other side). There is a separate toilet which will also require a small amount of gyprock to be repaired. I have attached photos. The bathroom measurements at 2 meters x 2.75 meters. Looking for someone experienced in plasterboard/gyprock repairs. I have a hole in an internal plasterboard wall (see attached photos). The job includes: Cut out and repair the damaged plasterboard. Patch, tape, and sand to a smooth finish. Paint the repaired area with a close colour match (doesn't need to be perfect as it's an older house). No structural damage as far as I can tell—just the plasterboard. Please bring all tools and materials. I'd like the repair to be neat and ready to blend in with the existing wall. Hole in hallway wall that went through to bedroom. Need fixed next week sometime. Need it to blend in and not be noticeable so experience is required. First photo is hallway (the big hole), the second photo is of the bedroom (the crack). I can buy whatever is needed to fix it.
