I’m looking for an experienced, practical handyman/pest-proofing specialist to help permanently resolve a rat issue in a converted garage / home office (approx 4.5m x 2.4m building with a 90cm crawl space and man hole access) The job involves internal crawl-space work, external roof/eaves work, and a small plasterboard access/repair. This is about proper exclusion and clean-up, not baiting.
