Repair one hand-sized hole in a plasterboard wall (approx 20 x 25cm) at a holiday rental in Capel Sound. The hole goes clean through with a vertical split, so it needs a proper cut-out and patch, not just filler. Scope: - Cut back and patch the hole - Use setting compound so it can be finished in one visit - Sand, prime and paint to match - Clean up and take all rubbish away Paint: leftover tin on site. Timing is fixed: must be finished Sunday 27 Sept, or Monday 28 Sept by 12pm at the latest. Guests arrive that afternoon. Please include photos of similar patch jobs you've done with your offer. We have 4 curtain rails that have come out of the plaster board that needs to repairing and curtain rails to be rehung. Photos are of the rails that need repairing, one is large and has two sections that have come out of the wall. There are a further 2 that I would like to have quoted as they are minor and could get away with no repair, however for longevity I would rather not need to have them fixed in the future and get it all done at once. I had a leaking shower upstairs which has been repaired. The leak left plaster damage downstairs, also Plumber did a leak test with dye and it left residue downstairs which needs to be repaired. It needs inspection as photos can't capture the minor damage. It's not a big job just need someone who knows plaster.

I need an experienced plasterer or highly skilled handyman to repair 5 holes in my plasterboard. Details of the holes: - 3 ceiling holes (approximately 7cm diameter, old downlight cutouts) - 2 wall holes (one clean square, one jagged impact hole that will need to be cut back to a larger clean square) Requirements for the fix: - Because of the size and the ceiling locations, these must be back-blocked with timber and patched with actual plasterboard offcuts. - No self-adhesive mesh wall patches. - The edges must be properly taped and finished with joint compound. - The job includes sanding the final coat completely flush so it is ready for paint. - You will need to supply all materials (plaster offcuts, timber batten, screws, tape, compound, and tools).
