I have relocated 2 power points on the wall of bedroom which the plaster needs to be filled, patched, and sanded, to be ready for paint.
Naveed droped the rubbish of his work in the nature strip. I asked him to put the rubbish in the box so that I can move them to bin as it is illegal to pour rubbish on nature strip, but he refused to do so and said it is not part of his job. I told him that I am not satisfied and am unhappy with this. But he left the job without collecting the rubbish.

One end of a wall-mounted double curtain rail (blockout + sheer) has pulled out of the plasterboard above a window. The top fixing has ripped out of the wall and damaged the plasterboard. I want the bracket repaired securely in the same position if possible and the wall patched around the fixing. Please bring suitable fixings for heavy curtains. If there is timber behind the wall above the window, I’d prefer the bracket fixed into that rather than just using new plasterboard anchors. Budget: $150 (happy to discuss if inspection shows extra work is genuinely needed).

Looking for an experienced plasterer/handyman to repair and repaint two internal walls after split-system air conditioner installation. Wall 1 (Dining) & Wall 2 (Living) * Approx. 2.5m × 2.5m and 4m x 2.5m * Patch vertical fixing hole where the pipework has been installed. * Sand smooth. * Prime repaired areas. * Repaint the entire wall. I will supply the colour-matched paint for both walls. Please supply all other materials, including plaster, filler, plaster tape if required, primer/sealer, sandpaper and any consumables. Looking for a smooth, professional finish with no visible joins or patch marks after painting. Please advise when the soonest you can start job and how long it will take to complete job.

Job: Repair plaster cutouts made by HVAC contractor and repaint wall. Details: Plasterboard cutouts were made on 3 internal bedroom walls to run AC pipes inside. I need a handyman/plasterer to professionally repair and finish the wall. Scope of Work: 1/ cover the area with drop sheets (property is occupied) 2/ fix and secure all plaster cutouts as required 3/ apply bottom/base coat. 4/ apply top coat for smooth finish. 5/ sand the entire repaired area until seamless. 6/ apply 2 coats of paint to the entire wall for a uniform finish. 7/ clean-up at completion and dispose of rubbish Notes: 1/ paint will be provided by the owner. 2/ you need to bring your own tools, equipment, materials and consumables 3/ looking for a neat, professional finish.
