Work required: * Remove or tidy up the damaged plasterboard around the opening. * Install a new plasterboard patch to cover the exposed area. * Apply plaster compound, tape joints and sand for a smooth finish. * Match the existing ceiling texture and repaint the repaired area to blend with the surrounding ceiling. * Ensure a neat, professional finish with no visible patch marks. There are timber battens across the affected area, as shown in the photo that needs to be removed and the screw holes needs to be covered as well. After removing the old shelves and fittings, several patches of paint and plasterboard surface were damaged, exposing the brown plasterboard paper underneath. Patch up plaster on wall that’s been removed. Must be done before tomorrow night. 12cm wide, 7.1m across top, 2.2 my on one side. Only one side required, just one coat of base coat, no painting required. Upper side has no supports.
