Paint Ceilings and Cornices in: • 2 x bedrooms • Corridor • Kitchen • Bathroom (paint with anti-mould) • Laundry (paint with anti-mould) • Toilet (paint with anti-mould) • Note: Dining / Living area is NOT included (only painted 12 months ago) Clean, prep, paint 8 x internal doors. Estimated ceiling area: Less than 40m² total Repairs required prior to painting: • Peeling/flaking ceiling in Bathroom and Laundry (needs patching/prep before paint) • Hairline crack in 2nd bedroom ceiling • Minor cracks in Kitchen • Minor wall cracks from movement that require plaster patching and smoothing (painting not required to any walls) Requirements: • Proper surface prep (scraping, sanding, patching, sealing where required) • Clean, professional finish • All tools and materials supplied (please confirm if paint is included or excluded) Works required Thursday 30 April and / or Friday 1 May.

I have an area in my garage where there is water damage from a roof leak which has been fixed. We now need the ceiling plasterboard in the garage fixed. Area around 3m x 1m. Cut out the plaster, replace with new plasterboard, fill in, sanded and painted. Pictures attached. More information can be provided at your request.
