Patch and repair plasterboard

I need a part of my ceiling plaster to be repaired and painted to match the rest of the ceiling, approximately 1.5 x 1 m. It was due to water leaking through a broken roof tile, which has already been fixed.

Air-conditioner wall crack. * Recurring crack where the air-conditioner ducting meets the indoor unit. * I’ve repaired it before, but it keeps returning. * Please repair using the best method to prevent future cracking. Repair Plaster on ceiling

A previous plasterer did a couple of repairs in the passage way that turned out not very well. I need the existing plaster cut (approx 400x400) new piece put in, bandaged, top coated and sanded to leave me with an invisible join. (As best as possible anyway)

This is for a rental property, so the finish must be flawless to pass a strict agent inspection. ​Scope of Work: ​Prep & Repair: Correctly prep, fill, tape/plaster, and sand the crack so it is completely flush with the wall. You will need to take a small sample flake from the wall or use a color-matching scanner, go to Bunnings, and purchase the correct matching paint pot. I need an experienced plasterer to complete several plaster repair and painting jobs around the house. Photos are attached. Scope of work 1. Bathroom ceiling repair There is a rectangular opening in the bathroom ceiling from a previous leak investigation. The leak has now been fixed. Approximate opening size: 120cm x 50cm. Required work: - Supply and install suitable bathroom plasterboard. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Avoid damaging existing pipework, wiring, exhaust fan and heat lamp. 2. Bathroom ceiling mould/staining There is a visible mould/staining mark on the bathroom ceiling. Required work: - Clean/treat the affected area. - Sand, prime and repaint entire ceiling 3. Gap near bathroom heat lamp There is a visible gap/hole near the bathroom heat lamp fitting. Required work: - Patch/reduce the visible opening so it can no longer be seen. 4. Three wall patch repairs There are three wall areas I previously patched myself, but the finish is rough/uneven. Required work: - Sand, prime and repaint 5. Two curtain rod repairs Two curtain rod brackets have come loose from the plaster wall. Required work: - Remove curtain rods/brackets. - Patch damaged plaster holes. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Reinstall both curtain rods securely using suitable fixings/anchors or studs where possible. ISO plaster repairs and painting in affected areas for my one bed apartment in West Brunswick. In the lounge (first photo), we’ve got some cracking where the walls meets the ceiling and then a stepped down crack on the corner. The other three photos are of the bathroom, a few patches requiring some attention on the ceiling and a section on the wall. I’d be able to provide the paint pots. Keen to get a quote to tape and set all cracks and paint the affected walls (full wall) in the lounge and bathroom and painting full affected sections of the ceiling in the bathroom.
