Fireplace plaster removal to reveal original brick

Hello! I'm looking for someone to remove the plaster from over the top of my fireplace. I would like to bring it back to its original brick underneath. The plaster is easy to pick off but I just need someone with some skills who will be able to finish it off at the top with some scotia/skirting so there is not a gap between the ceiling and bricks. The fireplace is currently boarded up and I don't intend to use it so no fireplace maintenance is required to have it in working order. See photos for current fireplace and a photo for reference of end goal. The price is for the labor, happy to buy any materials needed for the job and do clean up and rubbish removal.
