We are preparing our home for photos this coming Monday. We have taken down pictures, prints etc from the walls. Have already removed picture hooks. Will need a plasterer/painter who can make good so it all looks good for the photos on Monday. It's a small 3 bedroom unit. There's a little bit of work to do in each room. Some indicative photos attached. Only part of one wall might need a coat of paint. The rest will be plaster and touch up paint. Again, 1 wall photographed might need full repaint. Other walls will simply require plastering to fill the picture hooks holes, then paint to make good the area.

I’m looking for someone to install two wall-mounted speakers (approximately 2.8 kg each) onto a drywall. There may be studs behind the wall, so an electric drill and the appropriate tools may be required. The job involves drilling the required holes and securely mounting the speakers. I also need help fixing an existing nail from a previous installation, as it was driven too far into the drywall and is no longer suitable for hanging the speaker. I have a failed curtains mount job, the curtains are double curtains around 3.2m wide, 2 out of 3 brackets have failed, with anchor being pulled out of wall. The job will include securely remounting the curtain brackets and patching up existing holes from failed mounting. There is also an 50 inch TV I would like mounted to the wall.
