Replace and paint 3 treads on outdoor front staircase. I only provide the paint.

We are after someone who can give our verandah and deck a light sand and couple of coats of stain. Approx 32m2 over 2 areas. See pic for dimensions and back deck area. Don’t have photos of veranda

I have a white rug purchased from freedom which is 2 years old (pre-kids) and now has marks on it which I'd like removed. It has also gone an off white colour so would love to make it fresh again. It sits in the living room and we have a coffee table on top (which we can move for the clean) We also have a Beige L shape couch which was purchased from Domaine 2 years ago. There has been various drinks (mainly milk) split on it and has left mark. Located in Windsor, easy access. Living Room located down 10 steps.

I did a small patch tried to get my paint matched with a small piece of the plaster but the guy said it might not match perfectly because the peice was a bit small I then Went should be right and had a go it came up yellow ish when done was hoping to get a pro to come sort it for me it’s not to big a spot. - Due date: Flexible
