This wall was previously patched up and over time the filler and render has deteriorated. I pulled a lot of it out today. Looking to have it patched up again with filler and render so that I can paint.

Looking for someone to add simple panelling to 4 rooms, panelling would need to be cut but you. Then walls and skirts to be painted

1.5 x 11 metres of two walls needs wallpapering. hallway is to consist of wainscotting then the wallpaper up top. in addition, another small adjacent section of 1.5 x 6.5 metres. We already have the wallpaper, paste kind. Photo shows the hallway minus the wainscotting which is yet to be completed.

Remove wall paper and mould , add screen coat and paint one small wall

Need to prime and paint x 2 coats as per photo.
