I need one wall in a stairwell wallpapered. It consists of 2 drops of 1metre wide wallpaper approximately 4 metres in length. There will be trimming required around the stairs and access is slightly awkward due to the stairs. Installer will need to supply wallpaper paste. Hi I have some very small chips of paint off the walls in my apartment that need fixing. Must be able to fix TODAY 23RD JUNE and have experience fixing small chips and scratches.

The wall has been scraped back and needs repainting. As you can see from the photo there's mold at the top, open to recommendations for how to deal with this (plaster/sealant/mold resistant coating). I live in an old terrace and after the recent rain and humidity, combined with poor ventilation in my bathroom, we have surface level mould and mildew on the ceiling and walls. We have high ceilings so I can't reach to clean the mould off, and it is getting a little out of control, so it would be great to get a professional with a ladder to clean. Professionally clean and Remove mould off our ceiling and walls. Mould is pretty mild at this stage. One corner most effected (see pic) Mould is downstairs only in terrace. Worse near windows. Need own cleaning equipment
