I just purchased the house and the bathroom is painted blue and want to paint it white. However the shower is also painted or on some sort of a wooden panel not sure. How can I paint the shower, does it need to be waterproofed or tiled. There is a room behind the shower and the wall looks like it might have had water in the past. It’s double brick. I don’t want to spend money on a new bathroom just want to change the colour and make sure the shower is waterproof. If it wasn’t for the shower part the rest of the bathroom can be painted with dulux bathroom paint however the shower part I’m puzzled. Has anyone seen these types of bathrooms possible 60s

A tiny bathroom needs some moisture damaged paint to be stripped and repainted. There’s a crack that’ll need to be filled in and painted over too. Half of the bathroom is tiled, so it’s really only the top half and the ceiling that needs to be stripped and painted.

Hi, We have a kitchen benchtop with a crack that has recently been repaired and colour matched. The crack itself is fine and does not need to be repaired again. The issue is purely the cosmetic finish. The repaired area currently looks dull compared with the surrounding benchtop, and the client would like it to have a shinier, more consistent finish. The previous technician repaired the crack with resin, sanded it and colour matched the area using water-based paint. Required Work: The previous technician has advised that the water-based paint should not be polished directly, as polishing may remove the colour. Her recommended process is: Apply a thin clear resin or suitable 2K clear coat over the repaired/painted area. Allow the clear coat to fully cure. Lightly sand the clear coat if required. Polish the clear coat to achieve a shinier finish and blend it with the surrounding benchtop. The crack repair itself does not need to be redone. We are simply looking to improve the finish and make the repaired area look as close as reasonably possible to the surrounding benchtop. Please only apply if you have experience with polishing/finishing kitchen benchtops or stone surfaces and are comfortable working over a previously colour-matched repair. But garage is only ceiling and cornice paint. Property is vacant with easy access. Major repairs have already been completed, with all large holes sheeted and repaired. I'm looking for someone to: Fill and patch remaining small holes, dents and imperfections. Remove wall plugs, screws and nails, then patch. Sand all patched areas smooth. Caulk gaps around skirting boards, architraves, door frames and trims where required. Scrape any loose paint or old silicone where needed. Ensure the house is fully prepared and ready for the painter. I am looking for a qualified painter to complete painting the full internal of my 4 bedroom property. The house will be vacant without any furniture. Painting must include 1. Walls 2. Ceilings 3. Skirting Boards 4. Patching/Repair cracks We will be using 2 different colours, one for the walls and a white for the ceiling. I can purchase paint or can reimburse to get a trade discount. We will select specific colours in next few weeks but assume Dulux or similar common product. Floor plan is attached and a few photos of some rooms.
