The door should be taken off its hinges and worked on outside, then rehung and checked to ensure it opens/closes properly. Scope: Remove and refit door, hardware and latch as required. Protect bathroom/nearby areas and leave site clean. Clean/degrease, scrape loose paint, sand and prepare all panels, mouldings, edges, and faces. Fill and sand minor chips, cracks and imperfections. Prime with a suitable adhesion/wood primer. Apply two thin coats of premium water-based satin paint suitable for interior doors/bathroom humidity. Paint/seal all door edges, including top and bottom. Finish to be smooth, even and durable, with no runs, missed areas or paint on hardware. Existing paint is generally sound; full stripping to bare timber is not expected unless genuinely required and agreed beforehand. Repaint internal walls (2 coats) for a vacant 2-bedroom apartment – walls only, including living/dining area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Ceilings, doors, door frames, skirting boards, bathroom and laundry are NOT included. Walls are generally in good condition and only minor patching/preparation may be required. The apartment is vacant and easy to work in. Painter to supply paint and all materials. Standard economical interior paint is fine as the apartment is being prepared for sale. Paint skirting boards before someone comes in the caulk them. We have the paint already but not brushes. Boards have just been fixed and are primed. New floorboards have just been laid so just want to be mindful of them.

I need a painter to come and paint bedroom ceiling and bathroom wall. And tighten 2 handrails: Bedroom ceiling at top of stairs. Bathroom wall /handrail. Tighten handrail in master bedroom. You’ll need to purchase the paint and it will be included in the agreed price. Please see attached photo for paint colour or match at Bunnings. The bedroom ceiling has some marks from scented candles which we need to paint over. We thought it was a leak but it’s not. The bathroom has bubbled so needs to be sanded and the whole wall repainted. It’s not wet - we feared it was a leak but it’s from poor ventilation during showering after professional checked for a leak. Once painted please tighten the handrail for completion. It’s an Allen key. 2 coats likely needed but happy for a painting professional to tell me otherwise. Both need to be completed before Tuesday 15th. I need one bedroom primer and painted

Paint walls (only) of bedroom and door in an empty room that is about to be carpeted. Note one of the walls has a built in wardrobe so it will not be necessary to paint that wall, Anyone interested in the job must have own insurance.
