Scope of work Invoice via ABN, The interior space is approx 130m2 total. Start tomorrow (Wednesday) & Complete by (Friday or Sat) Paint the interior space of the terrace including walls, ceilings, 1 x door (front door), 2 x Cupboard doors. There is some basic patching required. Remove existing screws and patch. Exclude all exterior painting. Paint will be supplied including 4 x 15L tins of paint. Paint the interior walls using supplied Dulux Vivid white low sheen. Paint the interior ceilings using supplied Dulux Vivid white matte paint. 1 x extension ladder will be provided. 2 coats of paint. Provide ground sheets, prepare and place ground sheets to protect all timber flooring. Paint the following areas Ground floor, Level 1, Level 2 Mezzanine. Refer to floor plans. Please note the double height void space on Level 1. (Refer to the photos) Paint all interior walls and ceilings. There are two stairs with open/ floating stair treads running along the eastern wall. (Refer photo) This interior wall needs to be painted; therefore you will need to prepare the stair treads with masking tape prior to painting to avoid painting the treads. There are white steel beams supporting the open stair. These beams will need to be painted. There is a double void space on L1. Refer photos. There is no parking on premises. However carparking is available one block away if required on Belmore Street. We have estimated this job will take approximately 3 full days to complete by two people. Process Prepare for painting including placing ground sheets, masking tape (stairs & window frames) Some surfaces will require primer including the steel beam. Owner to inspect and signoff. Paint, first coat. Owner to inspect and signoff Paint, second coat. Owner to inspect and signoff.
