I need someone to do two coats of paint to my ceilings in my hallway, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is a 2 bedroom unit, so it is not a big house. All the paint is provided by me as are paint brushes and rollers. If you have your own equipment you like to use then feel free to use that too. The walls have been prepped and sugarcoat washed. The 2 bedrooms and kitchen are having some slight problems with previous paint peeling that will need some sanding and maybe some primer. Ceiling peeling as seen in pictures. I have already done one layer of ceiling paint to the two bedrooms, but need someone who knows how to deal with some small paint peeling patches.

There is an existing crack in the ceiling of our bedroom’s lath and plaster ceiling. Crack is approx 1200mm-2000mm in length and 1-3mm wide, I am not sure what has caused it. Want this patched and then the ceiling (3.5m x 3.5m) repainted. Timing is flexible over the next month.

There was some water ingress from the roof into our kitchen so the paint got damaged, it is peeling off in few places, so, the kitchen walls and ceiling needs to be repainted. It is not a big job- the kitchen is cca 3.5x 5 m large but some space as you can see are cubits. As you can see, wall holes have been filled but need sanding and re-painting. I do not know what the paint colour is so task involves taking a small sample to Bunnings, picking up the right colour and re-paint after sanding.

Apartment with “fake walls” that I want removed to open up the space. They are not structural but one wall contains a sliding door that needs to go so will also need to be plastered / made good

My walls were painted and then we needed to affix a piece of skirting to the bottom piece of the wall. This has been done but doesn't look good as it doesn't reach the floor, when we painted it, it now doesnt match the rest of the wall. The jobs i would need doing: 1. Replacing or levelling out that piece of skirting so it aligns with the rest. Re painting it so it matches the rest of the wall 2. painting the skirting so it matches the other wall. The skirting placement is fine here. It's worth noting that the skirting that we previously had there was beige and the new skirting is white. I do not have any of the beige paint but could potentially get it colour matched if needed.

One bedroom ground floor apartment. Tenant is leaving and we want to paint the apartment, including lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom.
