Merbau decking varnishing

Looking to have a decking cleaned, sanded and stained. This decking was completed 4 years ago. It’s been stained a few times. The last time it was stained with longer lasting stain however it was too dark brown. It was also a bit patchy when complete (see photo). Needing a big freshen up and some TLC. Decking is around 6x7 metres (rough). It will be fully emptied prior to arrival. Have 1 x dog that uses decking but can be kept off as needed. Hose access available.

Our decking needs refurbishment. It’s roughly 25 sq meters. We are looking for someone to pressure wash the decking, clean the mould and apply oil. 2 small boards needs to be changed. All the deck screws/nails needs to be tightened/fixed. The pillars needs to be painted as well. We would not mind if someone prefer to visit and give us a quote first. Front entry stairs require oiling. Already high preassured and cleand, just needs oil (supplied by me) Approx 2 hours work, cut in with brush, deck mop the rest.
