Looking to strip paint off tiles in my bathroom where the paint is either already peeling, or has been exposed from a change made to the room, so that it looks like a deliberate design choice rather than damage — exposing the original tiles underneath as a feature. Two small areas: a window sill (a row of around 6 tiles) and a vanity splashback of similar size. The original tiles are ceramic, likely from around 1970, and I want them carefully stripped back to reveal the tile underneath without damaging the glaze or grout — no retiling or respray needed, just clean paint removal.
