Sand off paint with mould behind, get rid of mould and use mould resistant paint to cover. I would do this myself but you need a ladder and be confident with a ladder as it's above stairs.

We need black mould to be thoroughly removed from a bathroom. There is mould along the walls and on the roof. In some cases the paint has chipped. This may require replastering and repainting, but would like to get a proper assessment first. Naturally the amount paid will depend on the extent of additional replastering and painting required, but would like someone with the skill and resources to do both if required.

We are painting most of our apartment and there is one tricky area which is above my pay grade. It is a large wall and ceiling - double height above a staircase. I'm guessing it will need two coats. I will supply the paint.

We're a small design studio in Darlinghurst and we've an adjoining office space/room which we would like to begin using but it could use a bit of a refresh (see photos attached) There are some scraps from the previous tenants which will need addressing as part of this job. So I'm looking for someone repaint this space/fix those up. Additionally, our front door also needs a similar level of TLC and repainting.
