Only the 12 long brown planks need doing, and the other 8 smaller planks so job will be quick. sanding isn’t required so will be much easier. The rest of the ceiling doesn’t need doing. They want to either only paint this wall so it looks like the other 3 walls, or they want all 4 walls painted if the price is in their budget. This is just the top story they want painted, as it's wooden, not the downstairs as that's brick. I've attached images of both the new wall, and all the walls of the house. It is just 4 walls, I hope my photos make that clear. We will supply the paint itself (though we would love an indication of how much paint you would need). We are wanting to spend around than $300 on just the single wall, or $1,000 on all four walls. Thank you!
