I need a painter to paint the staircase area for me. The area is roughly 45 sqm paint will be supplied tasker will need appropriate ladders to reach the ceiling which is about 4 meters high. There is also a spot of the wall that’s needs to be filled be sanded

Old lights have been taken out of a few rooms - needs patching up as there is currently holes/patches in the ceiling

I need the metal frames of the glass pool house as pictured (including window frames) painted black. This includes preparation for painting by you (sanding/cleaning, etc). Paint supplied by me, but using your equipment. I can purchase paint once you let me know what’s required (eg .I presume you may use your paint gun). Painting the roof and ceiling will require some skill and care.

Looking for someone to fill in some gaps/cracks, sand some paint that's peeling and paint our bathroom skylight and ceiling. We would do it ourselves but don't have a high enough ladder. The bathroom is 1.8m x 1.8m, and the skylight, which is right in the middle, is about 1 meter long and wide, and 1.5, to 2 meters deep (roughly, can't really measure it). Changed the lights in our house, now 3 areas need holes patched and painted. 5 screw holes and 2 larger holes, biggest hole is ~30mm x 40mm. House is double storey, all holes are on the bottom floor, ceiling access only possible for 1 of the 3 areas. Ceiling colour is WA White.

I’m needing assistance with repairing some cracks in my bedroom ceiling (for upcoming bond inspection) that have resulted from a pressure-mounted dance pole that was previously in place. The cracks seem quite superficial but I need to provide confirmation to the property manager that there has been no damage to the structural integrity of the ceiling. Looking for someone who can check that the joist is stable and then repair the cracks in plaster. Bonus if you are able to paint over the plaster as well given the property manager is able to clarify the specific colour required. Cost price is negotiable and may be higher or lower depending on level of work required following brief check of the single joist/extent of damage. Open to offers! Reinstate brickwork. Refix damaged skirting. Base coat plaster to brickwork. Top coat plaster base coat. Sand top coat. Paint.

We have some urgent solid wall plaster work for some archways and internal walls as part of a renovation.
