Need walls and ceilings (inc cornices) painted in all rooms of this unit in Oakleigh East. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, laundry, hallway, kitchen and living room. Some preparation will be required as paint is peeling in spots and a few cracks/torn plaster as well. Just want same/similar colours to existing. No need to paint door frames, window frames or skirting boards. Please quote to include supply of all materials inc. paint. I need weatherboards sanded so I can get repainted on a later date. Some have been replaced therefor the news ones will only need a light once over.
