Plasterer needed Approximately 4*4m linear crack on ceiling (more like a square in shape) noted ~2 yrs ago, started as hairline /very fine crack, gradually getting worse.

Need 2 holes in ceiling to be plastered and touch up paint to match rest of ceiling afterwards.

Removing damaged ceiling and skirting. Re plaster and re-skirting. No paint required

Paint the ceiling and architraves in ceiling white or equivalent. Most downlights will not be clipped in. The house will be empty, without furniture. Please include the cost of paint in your price. Paints must be low VOC (e.g. Wattyl ID Advance, Dulux wash and wear etc.). If not sure, let me know what paint will be used and I can check. Relatively new renovators in need of an experienced painter to help fill, sand back and or paint some walls that we are too inexperienced to get right! We have knocked down some walls in the house and also added some in and we need help sanding the walls back correctly and painting over them so that there is no noticeable unevenness/texture when complete. We have all the materials including paint, dry wall sander, brushes and roller if necessary, sandpaper, multi joint compound etc. The areas we help with are: 1 - wall in hallway entrance (this is where we have extended the wall) and need help filling, sanding and painting to make it seamless with the existing wall. 2 - Walk in robe in master bedroom, knocked an internal wall out to make it one large space, again need help sanding back and painting wall. 3 - We have added a curved wall, that needs filling gaps, sanding and painting. - Due date: Flexible
