We are a Pilates Studio in Ivanhoe and we would like to spruce up some of the common areas with a new paint job. It is an old room that needs a little bit of lovin'! We want the floors and walls in our corridor and bathroom repainted. We just want it to look fresh- we aren’t looking for perfect as it’s a building that we may not be in forever. The corners and arches also need painting too however we are happy for you to just use a spray gun and do it fairly rough. It just needs a lighten up - eventually, the building will be getting knocked down anyway. The paint and brushes will be provided. Due date: Flexible - Due date: Flexible

Undercoat and top coat with white paint, 5 large square cooling vents and and 10 circular heating vents using an air brush or paint gun. They can be painted offsite and brought back completed. See pictures of vents. Undercoat onto plastic, top coat to be semi gloss or satin water based white paint. requires an air brush to complete task. I’m trying to update my kitchen in the most economical way possible. They are a wood look laminate and I would like to paint the cupboards to modernise the look. The laminate is in excellent condition, no peeling, no damage or repairs needed. The handles will be replaced, so the holes from screws will need to be filled and sanded once removed. Needs to paint a patch on a wall that has been painted but with a wrong white paint. Need to paint that and few touch ups trough out the apartment for a rental property.

I have a few spots (4-5 with each spot quite small) on my walls that need painting. I need the colour to be matching the existing wall so prefer someone who has their own paints that they can mix as required. The walls may need to be sanded down slightly before.

We are moving out of a rental property and need lots of small marks on/in the walls repaired. Nothing major but lots of them across different rooms. We have some paint from the landlord which will hopefully match but if not will need a trip to the local Bunnings for a paint match sample (additional cost). 0830-1.30pm although might be done much quicker, not sure. Have recently moved into a 1930s house and we had issues with all of the bedroom doors creaking and jamming. We’ve managed to sand and fix 2 of them, and there’s 2 that need a carpenters touch. Hello, Looking at a painter to paint a lounge room wall with holes and adhesive marks on it. Additionally, in one bed requires two walls to be repainted. Will likely only need one coat. I have the paint.
