We need a draftsman to do some plans to give to a builder. It is knocking two bedrooms into one to make a master with en-suite and dressing room.

We have a small rectangular hole (approx. 240mm x 160mm) in our ceiling that needs to be patched and plastered. It’s an old access opening with visible plasterboard edges. The area is easily accessible from ground level — no scaffolding required. No painting required at this stage.

Need the entire ceiling of our apartment painted. Approx 96 SQM internal (potentially less). Paint can be provided. Need done on Friday 4th July

Repair damaged section on exterior deck ceiling caused by a roof leak that was repaired months ago (so area is dry). Also need a section of cornice (provided) refitted and associated caulking to cornice area. Matched painting of area preferred but not essential.

Areas where split systems used to be. Some areas around ceiling fans. Shouldn't take more than an hour to two hours all up.

We have a mould problem in a large room upstairs. There is definitely mould in the corner of the ceiling (and over the window below this) and then in the same room there is a light spattering of mould on the other walls. We need someone to kill and remove the mould. Thanks! - Due date: Flexible

Paint second coat of 3 walls of shed.. first coat has been done. Have 10L of white paint and brushes and small roller. I am repainting floor so no worries about laying a tarp down. Probably take about 2 hrs as that is what first coat took (maybe a little less). Hawthorne

Have 4 wall holes from a tv bracket that needs to be plastered and painted. Also have around 8-10 holes which have been filled, but need to be sanded back and painted. You'll need to get paint match.
