We had wire balustrades removed and replaced with glass. We need holes filled and sanded, balcony facade sanded, and all timber repainted. We will need you to source and supply paint as per the details provided in the photo.

Painting the timber on the outside of our brick house. I have 3/4 finished painting the outside of our house. The eaves still need doing and some timber out the front. Also one bit of timber has had some exposure and needs some builders bog etc. Single story but front has high ceilings. A little bit on the deck roof still to go that I couldn’t quite reach. I am looking for a painter to paint the interior walls of my bathroom. The existing colour is white but I would like to add a slightly darker colour to the side walls, leaving the ceiling white. As the ceiling will remain white I need someone who has a meticulous hand and can offer the crisp, clean, straight lines. There are two bathrooms and one powder room. I have included a floorplan to see the dimensions of the walls (not ceiling). I will provide the paint. Image included is to show colour pallet and finish requested, it is not the actual bathroom. Based in Eltham, flexible on dates and times.

Old hardwood floor has been sanded back to original timber and has since been primed and one coat of water based Bona Traffic stain. Seeking final sand of 150 grit and final top coat of Bona Traffic. Looking for a painter to paint approx 5m squared of weatherboard on the exterior of my house above the front window and front door. Paint provided and would need two coats.
