All paint supplied one bedroom 2 level whole apartment need paint besides kitchen and bathroom.

- patch, sand and paint sections of entrance on both sides - replace internal architraves around front door, patch lower section of door frame, sand and paint - fix gaming shelving unit, patch and paint - replace 2 pieces of skirting around upper floor wardrobe walls, patch, sand walls and ceiling around there, replace edge strip for wardrobe closing jamb and paint. - Fix bathroom cornice, and ceiling, sand and patch paint

Need some small holes patched after ceiling fan installation. Patching and sanding only. I can paint.can provide visitor parking permit for the day.

Need a sauce stain removed from the carpet, just a small section only (refer to pictures). Need that patch and stain to go away and get the same original carpet colour. Stain has been there since roughly 5 months.

I need my kitchen repainted. There is damage done to the paint on the walls and ceiling. I do not have the paint- happy to pay! I just need as close to the original colour as possible. On the walls there is damage from water, and the ceiling has smoke marks. The house is pretty old.
