Require a painter to scrape and re paint with match-paint this celing as the AC above had a blocked drain and spilled over creating this water damage. Obviously it is now dried out. We may have some match paint in the aprtment but if not, we’ll require someone to take a sample and go to bunnings to get some matched (bunnings is 5 minutes drive from here).
