Hi. I would like my 1 bedroom apartment painted. The painting involves Single coat on living room roof 2 coats on living room walls (note that one wall is all window and one wall is 90% kitchen so not a lot to paint). No skirting and no cornices. Bedroom walls only (2 coats - 1 wall is mostly built in and does not need painting, 1/2 one wall is window and half another is door which does not need painting) No bathroom at all Doors Rear of front door only plus trim Front and rear of bathroom door plus trim.
