The unit is clean but there were some scuff marks on the wall from the carpet cleaning and moving furniture around. So wall wipe down and possible 2 super tiny patches (depending on the rental vacancy bond check on the day). Not more than 2 hours max. Hello! I am looking for new carpet (light grey, please see final image) in my house as the old carpet needs replacing. The quote will need to include the carpet, removal of old carpet and complete finishing. All dimensions can be seen on the floor plan - for clarity these are Bedroom 1 - 3.0 x 4.0m Bedroom 2 - 3.0 x 4.0m Living area - 3.2 x 3.8m Stairs - roughly 5 meters of stairs about 80cm in width. We’re after a white color and can provide the code. There is no color matching required since the whole unit is to be painted.
