My tiny studio in Bondi Beach gets regular ceiling mould removal, every 4-7 months. It is time to have it cleaned again. The area is small. 2.5x1.6m roughly. Not a lot of mould as it gets regularly done, so this is a light removal. It has been previously painted with mould resistant paint. Mould is just around the edges of the ceiling. Walls are already in good condition (no major prep needed). I’ll supply all paint – just need labour, rollers, brushes, drop sheets etc. Light sanding + 2 coats is fine. It can be done Monday afternoon/evening or Tuesday any time between 5am - 10pm. There is a lot more painting work on site after this is completed.

There a hole in the roof of our kitchen from where we tried to have a lighting fixture installed (directly above the central kitchen island bench). Roof is slightly angled and hole is in total around 22cm x 12cm. Need this patched then ideally sanded/smoothed and painted (off white). Might need to bring a roll of 240 grit sandpaper. Happy to set you up in the courtyard, you’ll just need to bring sun protection. Due to the DIY spending, my budget isn’t fab (sorry) but I’m of the belief this can be smashed out in a day!

I vinyl wraped my kitchen doors a few years ago but im selling the house and some of the doors need redoing due to peeling over time etc. Looking for someone with experience in this or atleast attention to detail to ensure no bubbles and clean edges etc. Paying for 3 hours work.

It is a 3 bedroom apartment of 88m2. A fresh coat of paint needs to be done almost everywhere and the wooden flooring needs to be sanded and varnished. No wooden floors in the kitchen so the kitchen will only need a repainting. It can be done at intervals but everything needs to be done within 30 days or so. It needs to be professionally done like covering stuff and cleaning walls etc… The 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and toilet is bare minimum work as it needs to be repainted only to make it fresh compared to the kitchen. However, there are wooden flooring in the 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. The bathroom and toilet has tiles, similar with the kitchen which does not need anything to be done. Of course we will help move the furniture where required. Best quote wins the job- no equipment provided.
