3rd floor concrete balcony - approx. 3m x 1m requires repair, preparation & painting. Paint floor & wall. Balcony will need to be sanded back, sealed & prepped before painting. Please refer to photos I can purchase the paint (charcoal), will just need some assistance. You will need to bring your own tools. Flexible with dates - weather & COVId restrictions dependent!

I’ve got a small brick corner (about 3.5 metres across) that needs to be painted. Task will involve applying painters tape along the ceiling where it meets the brick wall to protect the ceiling from paint, then spraying the brick with a paint spraying gun. All materials (tape, paint, spray gun, brushes for touch up) are supplied. Ladder is here too. As you can see the wall is above a small toilet block so you could sit on the beams along the top of that block or stand on a ladder while completing the task so obviously be ok with reasonable heights (I guess 3ish meters).
