I need a small dedicated hand-washing sink installed in my home kitchen for a home-based catering business. The sink needs to be installed next to or near my existing dishwasher, with hot and cold running water and proper drainage. There is existing plumbing nearby for the dishwasher/kitchen, so I am looking for a experienced plumber to assess the best setup and complete the installation. I have just reversed into my garage door as it was still going up and hit the bottom. It is the the bottom panel/rail that need to be put back into shape - everything is still full functional and opening and closing etc.

The door from the garage to the backyard does not shut. Maybe it needs to be sanded down, looks like due to swelling.

End of lease inspection failed . A list of fixes to get the bond back includes replacing a handle on the garage door, replacing lock on letterbox due to lost key, resanding and repatching some plaster board fixes. A couple of hours work perhaps ?
