I'm looking for a quote to repair and replace the bottom weather seal on my garage door. I have already purchased: A new bottom rubber weather seal. A new aluminum bottom retainer/rail. The existing aluminum bottom retainer has come loose from the bottom of the garage door and needs to be securely reattached or replaced. I'm not sure if the new straight aluminum retainer I purchased is compatible with my garage door, so I'd like you to assess whether it can be installed or if another retainer would be more suitable. I'm looking for a professional installation that includes: Assessing the existing bottom retainer and the new replacement retainer. Securely installing the new aluminum retainer (or reattaching/replacing the existing one if more appropriate). Installing the supplied bottom weather seal. Ensuring the door seals evenly against the floor with no gaps. Making sure the retainer is straight, securely fixed, and provides a neat, flush, and professional finish. Please include labour and any additional materials required (excluding the seal and aluminum retainer, which I will supply). If you recommend a different retainer, please explain why and include it as an optional item in the quote. I've attached photos of the existing setup, the loose bottom retainer, and the new seal and retainer for reference.

I need an experienced plasterer to complete several plaster repair and painting jobs around the house. Photos are attached. Scope of work 1. Bathroom ceiling repair There is a rectangular opening in the bathroom ceiling from a previous leak investigation. The leak has now been fixed. Approximate opening size: 120cm x 50cm. Required work: - Supply and install suitable bathroom plasterboard. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Avoid damaging existing pipework, wiring, exhaust fan and heat lamp. 2. Bathroom ceiling mould/staining There is a visible mould/staining mark on the bathroom ceiling. Required work: - Clean/treat the affected area. - Sand, prime and repaint entire ceiling 3. Gap near bathroom heat lamp There is a visible gap/hole near the bathroom heat lamp fitting. Required work: - Patch/reduce the visible opening so it can no longer be seen. 4. Three wall patch repairs There are three wall areas I previously patched myself, but the finish is rough/uneven. Required work: - Sand, prime and repaint 5. Two curtain rod repairs Two curtain rod brackets have come loose from the plaster wall. Required work: - Remove curtain rods/brackets. - Patch damaged plaster holes. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Reinstall both curtain rods securely using suitable fixings/anchors or studs where possible. The glass/wood stacker door is heavy a Nd it's slide smoothly to open. We have pull and push for it open and close with force. Need it fixed and smooth sliding.
