I have two new 750mm double towel rails that I would like installed into my plastered brick wall. Note, job includes taking one old existing one down first, one end of which is already hanginghalf out. You can see this ine in the picture. Second one will go above first up the wall.

The laundry is tiny. There is the installation of 3 cabinets + filler, and there is no bench top at this stage. 1. Tall cabinet (will need a multi-tool to cut out section for power switches). 2. Wall cabinet: this cabinet already has HAFELE fittings, so you just need to attach a bracket to the wall and hang it. 3. Laundry cabinet: I haven't purchased the bench, sink or tapware for this yet, so it will be just attached to the wall. There is a 10cm gap between the sink and wall - add filler for the gap. 4. Filler supplied, required from the top of the tall cabinet and wall cabinet to the ceiling I haven't put the tall cabinet together yet, and I'm not sure if this is a good idea if you need to cut a hole in the left side panel. Please advise so I can have the cabinet put together, otherwise I can do on the day.

1. Door has been jamming and has caused stress to the door hinge making it fall off. Door may need to be sanded down on one side and reinstalled to door jambs (offer for $250 for removal of hinge hardware, relocation of hinge on door and jamb and reinstall) 2. Roller blinds stuck and cannot pull the chain further (offer $50 for repair)

Five circular holes in 13mm ceiling plasterboard. Each 70mm diameter. Ex-downlights. Ceiling height 2.7m. Need a plasterboard plug and finishing plaster. Painting by others.

Wall mount x2 brackets to wall for dryer to hang on.

Install 2 small handwash basins against wall. From photos, both next to the large mirrors.

- cut and instal 1 skirting tile for either side of 2 toilets (width already cut). - Cut and glue in 2 metal angles for bathroom entry. - Silicon bathtub in, large gaps, 2 toilets, vanity and sinks. - Silicon ceiling line

I need two 5mm holes drilled into brick wall please. Supply own drill and drill bit. I have a blunt 5mm masonry drill bit.
