Looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to complete a bathroom strip-out, rubbish removal, and re-sheet the bath/shower area in North Melbourne. Scope of Work: 1. Demolition & Removal: Disconnect and remove old shower screen, old bath tub, and tiles around the bath/shower enclosure. Strip damaged wall lining back to bare timber wall studs in the bath/shower area. Dispose of all demolition waste (glass screen, old bath, tiles, drywall) offsite (tip fees included in offer). 2. Wall Sheeting & Frame Prep: Measure, cut, and screw fresh 6mm water-resistant Villaboard (cement sheeting) directly onto the wall studs around the bath/shower area (~6–8 \text{m}^2) so it is completely flat and ready for waterproofing. Build or modify the timber bath hob frame if required. Requirements: Bring own tools (screws/fasteners, cutting tools, drop sheets). Experience in wall sheeting/carpentry prep for tilers. Must include rubbish disposal in the offer.

Supply and install 6mm villaboard to shower area to cover existing plasterboard. Cut holes for mixer and shower head and position approx 2mm above shower tray.

I have a bathroom renovation. And have unleveled walls from the house beams. I need them to be levelled for plaster/villa board to be put on (walls and ceilings). I have/will purchase materials

I need a small section of bathroom wall re-sheeted to get the house rental-ready. The wall is approx. 1.6m high x 2m wide, currently exposed brick (previously had plasterboard). Job includes: Supply and install waterproof board (Villaboard or equivalent WR plasterboard). Secure to brick with adhesive and masonry screws. Tape and set the joins/screw holes for a paint-ready finish. I will handle painting once the wall is prepped. Looking for someone experienced with bathroom/wet area sheeting who can do a neat, rental-standard job. Location: Frankston, VIC Flexible timing: Can be done weekdays or weekend.

1 bathroom and 1 small ensuite need to be stopped up. Cement sheet villa board and plasterboard will be hung already. Full height wall tiles to be installed.

At a Scout Hall we need to hang one 3mx1.2m 6mm sheet of Villaboard (cement sheeting) and measure and cut 3 GPO holes in the board. The Villaboard is already onsite. It's likely a perfect fit or might need 1-2mm 'snap' cutting and it's a floor level wall board to be placed so it's basically no lifting and you'll have my assistance holding the board. This task is for installing and cutting one Villaboard only, however, we have another related near-term project where we will also need a small amount framing done and four more Villaboard sheets placed, you can scope this additional work when there.
