External Guardian 2in1 from DoorsPlus, installed approximately 5 years ago. Top hinge has pulled away and the hinge-side door jamb is splitting from timber frame. Door still operates but requires a very firm pull/push to close/open. Looking for assessment, repair of the split jamb, and rehanging/alignment of the door. Hi, I have three small jobs that need fixing: 1. Laundry room cabinet door – the top and bottom screws/hinges need repair (please see photo). 2. Kitchen bench – there are two small burn marks that need to be cut out and replaced with similar laminate. 3. Bathroom sink cabinet – on the side and the bottom laminate have come loose from the wood, possibly due to heat or moisture, and need to be glued/fixed back properly.
