Looking for an experienced carpenter/door installer to replace our existing front entry door and install a new smart lock. We have already purchased: * New external front door – 2040 × 820 mm, timber with 4 glass panels * Philips EasyKey DDL615-5HBS Smart Handle Lock * Existing door frame/jamb is to remain The job will involve removing the existing front door, fitting/hanging the new door into the existing frame, trimming/adjusting the new door if required, fitting the hinges, and making sure the door opens, closes and seals correctly. We also need the Philips smart lock installed into the new door, including the required mortising/cut-outs and setup so the lock operates correctly. The existing door and current setup are shown in the attached photos, along with photos of the new door and smart lock.

I need a quote on a number of really little fiddly things where it’s not worth fixing on one thing - but there’s 10 or so different items that need fixing. Leaking taps & wobbly faucets, Cupboard that doesn’t close properly. Hinges that need fixing Door handles that need securing A cupboard door that needs some alteration. A sliding door that needs to be able to be opened/closed. Perhaps quote me with your hourly rate and give advice on what we need to get for you to get that job done. It’s a rental - we want to fix the things that we want fixed that the landlord doesn’t want to pay for!

I need a couple of things done. 1. Ensuring my glass roller door slides properly, the flyscreen put back in the groves and also replace the netting on it; making both doors to slide properly. 2. Fix/replace the hinge on a linen door. 3. Replace fence colorbond latch with new latch and checking my two skylights or sunroofs if they have any gap which might need sealing as I got moths come into my house the last two days. I will pay for the items required to make any fixes or if the available ones are not fit for purpose.

Hi, i am wanting someone to install a cat door into a window. Picture of example and a picture of the window.

- The track of the garage roller door (electric) is not aligned (the motor is fine). When you try to open the door it starts to bunch up on one side while the motor is running. In the meantime, we are pulling it down or rolling it up manually. - One kitchen sliding door is out of alignment, it’s stuck and is very hard to slide. - The last one is a kitchen cupboard door, with a faulty concealed hinged. The door is not closing properly. (we already tried adjusting the hinge, we suspect it’s broken)

The ceiling around the rangehood flue needs repairing and some parts are sagging. Looking for plaster repair and leveling, sanding and getting ready to paint.

Proven professional gyprocker/plasterer to: 1. Gyprock sheet both sides of a sliding door cavity that has been removed and replaced with studs/noggins ready for sheeting. 2. A non-load bearing wall has been removed (4.5m wide *2.7m high) and gyprock sheet required to lhs and rhs and ceiling where wall removed, including adding cornice to both ceiling sides. 3. Replace gyprock sheets to several ceiling holes that were cut out as inspection ports prior to the wall being removed. Gyprock to be left to a very high standard ready for me to paint. Ignore the far wall in the photo with the insulation batts. That won’t be gyprocked as part of this work. Job can be done in 2 parts: Part 1 to be done ASAP sheet old sliding door cavity and lhs of wall where wall removed. To make way for cabinetry install along that wall. Part 2 : remainder of work over next 4 weeks.
