Our sliding screen door heading into the backyard has come off its runners. The whole metal door frame and the runners are bent so the door doesn’t fit into the frame anymore.. One of our large dogs barreled into the door during play time and bent the whole system. I have no clue of the budget so have just put a silly amount in and hope you can provide further advice.

We’d like it inspected and fixed so it stays secure and quiet. 2. Garage door: Squeaks when opening and closing. We’ve tried lubricants without success, so we’d like someone to find the cause and fix it. 3. Painting: Small touch-up job on the internal garage door that the painters missed. Paint will be supplied. Looking for: - Someone experienced with general repairs and small paint jobs. - Must have own tools.

I need a couple things done with my chicken coop/area. I thought I had finished making it but a few of the buggers keep getting out 🙃 1. A roof (this will be done with just netting / mesh which I have already purchased (some of the chickens are flying over) 2. Moving the pavers that are on the grass currently to the gate (some of the chickens are digging and crawling under) I have attached a few photos. Photo 1 - you’ll see the first fence we put up Photo 2 - shows the pavers I’m talking about that will need to be pushed back onto the fence. But photo 2 also shows the added taller fence we added Photo 3 - just for fun. Added extras - if you are able to remove the veggie patch that is in there, and fix up the bricks around my (hopefully okay) Rosebush. That would be amazing. I have no idea on time and pricing, it shouldn’t be too hard of a job. I’m just too medically unwell achieve it myself, so would love the help. Hello, We are looking for a skilled handyman to repair and re-secure several loose door handles at our retail store, located in ACT - Tuggeranong. The Issue: We have three internal door handles (in our staff and pre-test rooms) that have become very loose and are pulling away from the doors. The screws appear to have failed or come loose, making the handles wobbly and at risk of falling off completely. The Job: The task is to re-secure all three door handles. This will likely involve: 1. Assessing the handle sets to determine the cause of the looseness. 2. Tightening all relevant grub screws and through-bolts. 3. If the screw holes in the door are stripped, you may need to use slightly larger screws or repair the holes to ensure a solid fixing. 4. I have a vent that was pulledfrom the ceiling due to a cat being inside. We had it fixed and I believe the person who fixed it just used silicon to attach it back to the ceiling. I think three of the four clips were in place. But it has now come off again when I had a person here trying to seal the vent. I need a qualified HVAC technician who knows what they’re doing or someone who has installed these vents before and knows how the clips work - no time wasters- to put the vent back in place using silicon and the clips. Some of the clips have fallen out so I’m hoping someone can provide extra clips because I only seem to have one or two. We can’t use glue because I’m sensitive. We need to keep the cardboard that is on the vent over it because I have it up there for a reason to keep smells out for a renovation project.

Needing a letterbox installed, I can provide cement. The letterbox is currently just balancing on the hedge. There is some concrete below the surface closer to the brick edging which I don’t think can be removed but open to thoughts.
