You will collect a new door from a Bunnings of your choice, remove the old door, install the new door, transfer the existing lock from the old door to the new one, and dispose of the old door. The new door and the existing lock are provided. Cabinet hinge repair: One cabinet hinge is broken and needs to be repaired using a cabinet hinge repair plate. You will need to purchase a cabinet hinge. Strike plate installation: One bedroom door has a lock, but the door frame does not have a strike plate for the latch. A hole needs to be drilled and a strike plate installed. The strike plate is provided. Lock replacement: Replace two locks (one in the bathroom and one in the toilet). Both new locks are provided. Materials: Any additional materials required can be purchased from Bunnings, and I will reimburse the cost. Parking: Parking is available on the premises for your convenience. I’m looking for someone with relevant experience who can complete the work efficiently and to a high standard. I am flexible on budget. All offers are welcome.

Bottom pantry door hinge has broken off the door. Likely to need all hinges replaced and fixed back to door. Would like to have handle added to original door (magnet open close mechanism currently)

The safe needs to be installed with 4 x 8mm masonary bolts into the concrete floor of my garage. Needs to be drilled and bolts secured. I have the masonary bolts but need help to drill the holes, tighten the bolts and secure the safe to the floor as I don't have a hammer drill and masonary bits. 15 minute job.
