Small threshold patch / make-good job in Sydney. Area under sliding door has some loose/crumbling old render/mortar that needs to be cleaned back and patched neatly. It is mostly cosmetic and does not get wet. Looking for someone to tidy it up, patch with suitable mortar/render and leave a clean finish. Photos attached. Ideally someone local who can fit it in between jobs this week.

The existing clothesline needs to be moved. It is in cement which will need to be removed. You may need to cut into some rock under the lawn where the new location will be and re-cement the footings

Bedroom door handle is loose and won't close anymore. When the handle is pushed down it does nothing; when forced up the latch partially retracts but not fully, so the door cannot close properly. The handle was previously functional. Looking for assessment and repair of the existing handle/latch.

We have some MDF planks for kitchen trimming that need to be trimmed as they are too wide (only 4 meters worth). I don’t have the tools to cut it straight so keen to have someone cut it for us.

I need a handyman to support with two tasks: 1. I have two IKEA cupboard doors that simply need to be attached. the cupboard is already on the wall, it's just the front panel that needs to be attached. 2. I have an IKEA VIDGA Track Rail that needs to be cut to size and installed for me to hang my sheer curtains. I plan to hang this from the ceiling. So I would need you to bring your own tools and screws. I expect the cupboard doors will be attached in 15 minutes. It's very simple, I just don't have the tools to do it. The curtain rail may take a little longer as you need to cut to size, get screws and then install into the ceiling. I'm assuming around 2 hours? Thank you!

Need an experienced handyman or carpenter to trim approximately 5mm off the bottom (without splintering!) of an internal timber door so that it can clear a rug.
