Kitchen tiles in our apartment have recently been removed as part of a renovation. We need the wall cement rendered (or white set if recommended) to create a flat surface ready for stone splashback installation. Attached photos of the wall (including window sill) after tiles demolished.

I need a qualified carpenter to build and install 4 doors. I would like to talk about the job first as there may be more in the future.

Looking for a licensed electrician to install a new chandelier in my apartment in Queenscliff. The job is straightforward: Remove the existing batten light fitting. Install my new chandelier. Setup and position following equipment - bench press - adjustable bench seat - recumbent exercise bike - 2 dining chairs - dumbbells (position only) Dispose of wrapping, 2 x pallets, and cardboard boxes Pallets are located in garage, which is where the gym gear will be located (i.e. no transporting of gym gear through house required). I am told gym equipment has come mostly assembled and will some but not much assembly.

Replace runners and repair screen on fly screen door

Small threshold patch / make-good job in Sydney. Area under sliding door has some loose/crumbling old render/mortar that needs to be cleaned back and patched neatly. It is mostly cosmetic and does not get wet. Looking for someone to tidy it up, patch with suitable mortar/render and leave a clean finish. Photos attached. Ideally someone local who can fit it in between jobs this week.

The existing clothesline needs to be moved. It is in cement which will need to be removed. You may need to cut into some rock under the lawn where the new location will be and re-cement the footings

Replace 3 existing ceiling fans (with light). We have the ceiling fans ready for install. And dispose of old fans.

We have some MDF planks for kitchen trimming that need to be trimmed as they are too wide (only 4 meters worth). I don’t have the tools to cut it straight so keen to have someone cut it for us.

Need an experienced handyman or carpenter to trim approximately 5mm off the bottom (without splintering!) of an internal timber door so that it can clear a rug. The task involves: • Removal: Carefully unscrewing and removing the door from its hinges. • Transport: Carrying the door down three flights of stairs to our garage (and back up once finished). I can help carry • Trimming: Trimming 5mm off the bottom edge. A clean, straight finish is essential. • Re-installation: Carrying the door back up and re-hanging it, ensuring it swings perfectly and the latch aligns. • Clean-up: Tidying up any sawdust or debris in the garage and apartment. Important Details: • Power: You can plug your power tools into the outlet in our garage. • Access: Please note the three flights of stairs; the door is a standard weight but will require someone comfortable with the carry. • Tools: Please bring your own tools (circular saw with a guide, track saw, or electric planer) and saw horses.

Corner shower requires old silicone removing due to mould and replacing.

Replacing kitchen bench and a couple of cupboards

Supply and Install 2 white ceiling fans with lights and a remote into existing light fittings. Cheapest fans possible pls. Both are as per the picture. Location Queenscliff on northern beaches.

Cornice at the top of cupboard needs to be replaced. Between the ceiling and the cupboard. Photos are attached. To fit with the rest of the apartment. Need just a small section done above the cupboard only. Before Thursday 23rd October.

Come to my apartment to measure toilet for new seat cover, go to Bunnings to purchase cover, then return and install cover

3 blind chains that need to be repaired, all the same length. One to also be moved to the other side of the blind. Queenscliff, flexible on days/time.

Build Easyshed bike shed

Drain is blocked under kitchen sink. I have removed some of the pipes already but can’t unscrew the main one. Very dirty inside pipe
