I need 4 holes drilled into the frame of my window for brackets to hang blinds. I have tried to drill through with hammer drill but it’s not working and I’m not sure what I’m drilling into. I think I have the wrong tools. Any help appreciated. But you will need to be a highly skilled handy man to pull this one off.
