Kitchen door hinge has lost screw and needs to be fixed or replaced

I want my chandelier light to drop/hang lower so the length of the chain needs to be extended please

Needing hand-wash dispensers installed on to the walls. Needing to be installed either into a beam or with plaster screws, as they will carry a bit of weight. Hardware will be needed for this job.

Need 1 x ceiling fan installed in bedroom. We've bought the fan (has a light and remote) and looking to get it installed where the current light is. I have a feeling the current light is not at a joist, so might need it moved over slightly? looking for a quote from a certified electrician.

The blinds are installed but the plugs in the plasterboard recess ceiling need to be replaced with hollow wall toggles or similar that can carry 20kg weight. I can supply the toggle screws or happy to cover costs of materials if you have a better solution. Fairly simple job, don't have time to do it myself.

I am moving out of a rental and there have been a couple of holes in the wall that I need repairing. The first hole is the biggest, and it’s around 10cm x 4cm approximately. The others are chips in the plaster that I was hoping to have covered up. See pictures attached

Labourer needed for a full days work to help install shower screens. Trade experience preferred but not essential. Start from 10am in Preston

The door itself is fine but won’t slip into place due to swelling / humidity. Needs sanding down the edge + hinge adjustment.

Seeking handy person to install wall tv mount. Im in preston vic. Either today (Sunday) after 4pm or tomorrow monday between 4pm and 5.15pm.

Need someone to labour for a full day tomorrow to help install 2 shower screens. They aren’t very big but require 2 people to lift them and load them up. Approximately 8am-5pm (2 hours of this will be sat in a car with me while I drive us to and back from site).

1) Install eufy wireless video doorbell into front brick wall. Masonry kit provided 2) Remove broken front gate latch and install new gate latch (see pictures). The gate post is wooden and the door frame is metal. You will need to supply your own drill with bits capable of drilling into brick, wood and metal.

Need help installing 3 shower screens. Meet in Preston at 11am for around 5-6 hours of work (mostly driving).
