Side gate needs fixing.. like u can see its come off the brick wall. Ceiling architrave needs to be screwed and patched. Just had carpet replaced and the bottom of door needs to be shaved.

Want 2 x tiles replaced ( I have got spare tiles) Dec-title flashing replaced ( Material to be provided by you)

Expansion join to re-sealed to prevent water ingress. Skirting board to secure back into position. Mini damage on ceiling, touch up paint.

replacement of dec-tite flashings to the solar HWS roof penetrations. 2 x roof tiles adjacent to the heater flue penetration need replacement.

Had brand new liner installed. Water leaking / Water level dropping .,Guy who installed liner not taking my calls or replying to text messages. Paid $4000 to have new liner installed. Need someone with Expertise to diagnose and fix water leak as I cannot locate or get hold of guy who installed the liner. Desperate to get Water leak fixed asap.
