I’m leasing an office space and need a kitchen sink installed. Will also need the kitchen benches installed as it’s currently an empty room by builder/carpenter. Build is currently underway of other areas so likely won’t need this done for another few weeks. Happy to source the kitchen materials (e.g. Bunnings kitchen packs) and assemble myself before installation. Located in Paddington, Brisbane.

Remove and dispose of metal hills hoist clothesline from backyard. The job involves cutting the main pole at its base, flush with its concrete footing and then cutting it into smaller pieces to move it off site. There is only narrow access into our backyard, therefore, you can't remove it in one piece.

I have four small hooks in a plaster wall that I need to have removed and the wall behind it patched up. Should be a fairly quick and simple task.

Repair job! Need 2x holes patched, plastered and painted over please. 2nd one is just a 12v control panel which will need to be screwed back into the repaired wall. Flexible on when as long as it’s done in the next two weeks. Photos attached for reference. - Due date: Before Monday, 11 December 2023
