During heavy rain a few days ago, part of the plaster ceiling in my alfresco area came loose and dropped (see photo). Looking for someone experienced in: • Inspecting source of leak • Repairing / replacing affected plasterboard section • Re-securing trim Important: I want the cause of the water ingress checked before repairing the plaster. Please advise if this is within your scope.

I have two indoor roller blinds that need minor repair: • One blind has come loose from the top bracket and needs to be re-secured • One blind’s chain has come off and needs re-threading / repair (chain is on-site) Photos attached. I used to get my MDF sheets cut to size at Bunnings, but they no longer cut MDF in their Cut Shop. A single 2440x1220x3mm mdf sheet can be cut into 48 sheets that are approximately 200x300x3mm, I need that done so I have pieces that are small enough to fit into my laser cutter. I don't have a saw or any of the tools necessary to do this. Bunnings used to charge $1 per cut after the first, which in this case would have been 3 cuts on one axis, then 11 cuts on the other (stacking the 4 long sheets and cutting them together). I don't mind paying $20 per sheet that is cut down this way, and if I've got someone who can do it, I would like to cut probably 5 sheets worth so I've got a supply for a while.

Had to remove this door because of carpet installation but couldn’t put it back as one of the ball bearing got broken. As it is old style door , I could not get the same part. Need help to put one door repair so it can slide. Thanks

Needed to cut a wall to install door for access from lounge to the garage as i am in the process convert garage into second living room.

The roller blind needs to be fixed to the bracket and is currently not getting fixed. Either the bracket needs to be changed or need someone to understand the problem behind and fix it
