Require a 32amp (3pin) wall socket installed outdoors (under a deck) to plug a portable 7kw EV charger. Don't want a permanent fixed wall option. House is single story, tiled roof, single phase. Location of the outlet is approx. 8mts from the switch board. I've included pics of the switchboard, path to outlet and where I propose the outlet to be. All based on your recommendation of course. I've bought an Anker Solix V1 EV Charger and would like to get it installed in my garage. The installation site is about 1 - 2 M away from the fuse box. I've attached image of the fuse box and circled the location of installation.

I need a 7kw home charger to be installed on a double storey home. The meter is on one side and the garage is on the other side. I want the electrician to make sure that wires run from the meter to the roof, then drop from the roof to the other side inside the garage.
