I have found very small leakage under the kitchen sink. The leakage is unclear from where it is. Another is at the joint of tap.

We need an electrician or handyman to scale our ladder and replace 4 tennis court light bulbs. Ladder and bulbs are supplied. The contractor will need to provide their own PPE equipment.

They are screwed onto a masonry wall and the heads are puttied over, I think they will need to be drilled out without breaking the very large windows behind, So person needs a careful hand and think things through . Attach new PVC piping to existing PVC outlet pipe (approx. 30mm) to take water to ground level. See photos. Will require a few metres of PVC pipe and some elbows. The pipe needs to be attached to the wall and lead down to the bottom of the stairs (where the water currently drips anyway) but at least it will keep the stairs drier and avoid further damage to the edging of the grout where it joins the wall. We will look at installing a drain at a later date, but that's not your concern at this stage. This job does not require plumbing skills. Measure, cut some pipe, put in some bends and divert it.

I recently had this panel removed to access plumbing and replaced as it was asbestos. The plumber stuck on a new piece of wood but it definitely needs some tlc. I’ve paint but I don’t have the expertise otherwise to make this look as seamless as possible. - Due date: Before Friday, 8 March 2024

For our company: - A roller blind wont stay down; it slowly rolls up. We need someone to replace the old controller with a new controller. - Another roller blind we have needs shortening both width & possibly length & install on a glass door with aluminium hinge.
