Gate will not open using Remote. On the electric panel 3 of the green lights light up, and the gate makes a sound, but gate not opening. Can no longer use the 'unlock' mechanism so that gate operates on manual. Gate is now permanently open. Suspect that there may be a problem with either electrics or the mechanism that locks and unlocks the gate, which does not seem to engage. My gate handle is broken. When you turn it the latch doesn’t go in far enough for the door to be opened, the handle itself feels a bit loose when you turn it. If you try from the other side it opens fine.
